AACSB 標準介紹:
標準1:

學院須明言其特有的使命、預達使命的期望結果,及達到此結果的策略。學校須累計完成與改進的記錄,且具體說明未來持續改進的行動記錄,與其使命、期望結果、及策略相輔相成之創新。[任務、影響、及創新]
Standard 1:

The school articulates a clear and distinctive mission, the expected outcomes this mission implies, and strategies outlining how these outcomes will be achieved. The school has a history of achievement and improvement and specifies future actions for continuous improvement and innovation consistent with this mission, expected outcomes, and strategies. 標準2:

學院須內含合乎其使命、期待結果、與策略的高品質智識貢獻;其學術產出在理論、實踐、商務及管理的教學,皆具影響。[學術貢獻、影響、及與使命並行]

標準4:

標準5:

標準6:

標準8:

學院須使用健全的文書制度之系統化程序,以決策、修改學位學習目標;設計、傳達、修正學位課程,以達到學習目標;並呈現學位學程之學習目標達成之成果。[課程管理及學習承諾]

The school uses well-documented, systematic processes for determining and revising degree program learning goals; designing, delivering, and improving degree program curricula to achieve learning goals; and demonstrating that degree program learning goals have been met. 標準11:

學位學成之結構與設計,內含修業年限,須合乎學位層級,且確保高品質的學習產出成果。相同的學位等級之文憑學程,其建構設計,亦能旗鼓相當。[學位學程教育層級,建構,及等價]

Degree program structure and design, including the normal time-to-degree, are appropriate to the level of the degree program and ensure achievement of high-quality learning outcomes. 標準12:

標準14:

若高階管理教育 (非學位主導之活動)能補足學位學程、與智識產出之教學及學習。該院須具備適切程序,以確保達到顧客需求之高品質成果,與持續改進之高階管理教育學程內涵。[高階管理教育]
Standard 14:

If applicable, executive education (activities not leading to a degree) complements teaching and learning in degree programs and intellectual contributions. 標準15:

全名為: Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business AACSB
國際商管認證機構建立於1916年,而加入國際商管認證的大專院校將會被審核並給予鑑定。AACSB國際商管認證作為全世界商管學校成就最高標準的代表,因此AACSB國際商管認證在管理教育方面是卓越的品質保證。

*AACSB國際商管認證等同於國際商管教育的ISO認證。

*AACSB國際商管認證是對商管學院教學品質的肯定。

*全球擁有AACSB認證的學術機構約643所 (例如哈佛大學、 史丹佛大學、劍橋大學、牛津大學、康乃爾大學、麻省理工學院等)

*台灣已有9所商管學院 (國立政治大學、國立中山大學、國立交通大學、 輔仁大學、國立台灣大學、國立成功大學、元智大學、國立台灣科技大學、 逢甲大學)通過認證,並有20多所商管學院正在申請認證中。

提出資格審核申請
申請經預備認證委員會(PAC)審核通過
於指導顧問(Mentor)協助下完成認證標準計畫書(SAP)


3.起始認證階段(Initial Accreditation)

完成年度報告
完成自我評鑑報告
實地訪查小組訪評
起始認證委員會(IAC)認可與董事會最終核准


4.維持認證階段(Maintenance of Accreditation)

每5年提出持續進步評鑑報告

 

學習品質保證(Assurance of Learning, AoL)

何謂學習品質保證(Assurance of Learning, AoL)

1.學習品質保證(Assurance of Learning, AoL)乃為AACSB推動之重要一環,透過AoL實施,提升本院師生學習與教學面(Learning and Teaching)品質。

2.其目的為藉由評量學習目標(Learning Goal, LG)的成效藉以改進課程,進而達到管院的使命(Mission),亦即將課程與使命做連結(Align Curriculum with Mission)。

 

學習品質保證(Assurance of Learning, AoL) AoL實施流程
一完整學習品保的實施,即”完成循環,Closing the Loop”,應包含下列5項程序:

(1).檢視並定義學生的學習目的與目標

(2).所採用的目標與課程要一致

(3).選擇及評估評量的工具與步驟

(4).評量資料的蒐集、分析與解釋

(5).使用評量的結果做為持續性改善(Continuous Improvement),包含系統性及持續進行為基礎的改進。
