On September 12, the College of Management (CoM) at National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) received official notification from AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) confirming the successful extension of its accreditation. This achievement secures the College’s position among the top 6% of elite business schools worldwide. AACSB accreditation is recognized as the highest global standard of business education quality. The successful reaccreditation not only highlights the CoM’s ongoing commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and societal impact, but also reflects the collective dedication of faculty, staff, and students.
The accreditation review was led by the Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) Committee and formally approved by the AACSB International Board of Directors on September 12. The College extends its sincere appreciation to the three CIR members who conducted the peer review:
The committee members visited NTUT from May 25 to 27, and on May 27 reported to NTUT President Sea-fue Wang and Vice President Yi-Jun Jen that the Peer Review Team (PRT) had unanimously agreed to extend the CoM’s accreditation.
During their evaluation, the committee praised the CoM for its rigorous Assurance of Learning (AOL) system, strict quality control in faculty management, and strong faculty engagement under the leadership of AACSB Executive Director Liang-Chih Liu. They were also deeply impressed by the CoM’s close alumni relations, the passion of alumni involvement, the state-of-the-art facilities and research labs, and the creativity and vitality displayed by students.
Furthermore, the committee highly commended Dean Shu-Kai Fan for his outstanding leadership, emphasizing that under his “Twin Transition” strategy, the CoM has demonstrated both visionary thinking and practical execution. Guided by the principle of “Green Transformation × Enterprise Intelligentization,” the CoM will continue to deepen interdisciplinary innovation, strengthen social connections, and play an active role in global sustainability transformation.
This successful reaccreditation not only reaffirms the CoM’s educational excellence but also highlights its growing international influence. Looking forward, the College of Management at NTUT will remain committed to its mission and continue to work with faculty, students, and industry partners to advance academic research, talent cultivation, and societal impact—pursuing the vision of becoming a world-class business school.
