On October 27, the College of Management at National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) held an online meeting with Thammasat Business School (TBS), Thailand, to discuss potential dual-degree collaboration. The meeting was chaired by Associate Dean Dr. Liang-Chih Liu and Dr. Shih-Wei Wu, Chair of the Department of Business Management. Representatives from TBS included Dr. Chaturong, Associate Dean for Internationalization, Ms. Kanokporn, Head of the International Office, and Ms. Lalita.
Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on possible frameworks for a “1+1” master’s program and a “3+1” pathway program, reaching preliminary consensus on curriculum design, student exchange mechanisms, and degree recognition. The two institutions plan to continue their discussions later this year after TBS completes its internal leadership restructuring, aiming to finalize details and formally launch the partnership. This collaboration marks a significant step toward strengthening academic ties and promoting internationalization between Taiwan and Thailand in higher education.
