For students who would like to take Qualifying exams this semester

please find the attached for the application, fill it out (must be signed by your advisor) and submit it to Sean (with your transcript ) by 5:00pm, March 20th. late submission will not be accepted.

Note:
**Each student has to finish 3 QEs within the first 3 years or will get kicked out of the school!

**Failing the same subject for 3 times means the subject can no longer be chosen for QE again.

** QEs this semester might take place in this coming May.
