CM developed an AoL data collection flow chart to collect AoL’s data and to assess the data. Currently, CM adopts rubrics as the primary measurement. After AoL committee has agreed on the selection of the core courses in each program, the AoL data are collected every semester. Faculty and staff are all involved in AoL data collection. The collected data, including (1) Students’ performance and (2) teachers’ feedback, are reviewed and analyzed in the closing the loop meeting.
