For students who would like to take Qualification exams during 112-2 semester

please find the attached for the application, fill it out and give it to Sean (with your transcript ) by 5:00pm Mar.15th, no delay allowed.

Note:
**Each student has to finish 3 QEs within the first 3 years or will get kicked out of the school!
**Failing the same subject for 3 times means the subject can no longer be chosen for QE again.
** QEs this semester might take place during the 1st and 2nd weeks of this coming May
