AACSB
The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) is a globally recognized accrediting body for business schools, committed to promoting excellence and continuous improvement in business education. Achieving AACSB accreditation signifies that a business school meets rigorous standards of quality, relevance, and impact in its programs, faculty qualifications, strategic management, and assurance of learning. It reflects a strong commitment to innovation, engagement, and continuous development in delivering business education.
The College of Management (CoM) actively supports AACSB accreditation through strategic alignment with AACSB standards and principles. It has established internal quality assurance mechanisms, such as the Assurance of Learning (AoL) system, to systematically assess and improve student learning outcomes.
The CoM involves faculty, staff, and administrators in a collaborative process that includes identifying core courses, developing measurable learning objectives, collecting and analyzing assessment data, and implementing improvements based on findings. In addition, CoM fosters faculty development, supports impactful research, and promotes engagement with industry and community stakeholders.
Through these integrated efforts, the CoM not only ensures compliance with AACSB requirements but also cultivates a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence that benefits students, faculty, and the broader community.
