For students who would like to take Qualification exams during 113-1 semester

please fill out the application form and give it to me (with your transcript ) by 5:00pm Oct.4th, no delay allowed.

Note:

**Each student has to finish 3 QEs within the first 3 years or will get kicked out of the school!

**Failing the same subject for 3 times means the subject can no longer be chosen for QE again.
** QEs this semester might take place during this coming December
