2026-01-16 Ajou University MBA 75th Executive Delegation Visits NTUT College of Management to Strengthen Taiwan–Korea Management Education and Industry Exchange

On January 16, 2026, a 17-member delegation from Ajou University MBA 75th (Korea), led by Professor SUNG MINJE and Director KONG JINWOONG, visited the College of Management at National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) for an exchange program.

Most members of the delegation are senior executives from leading Korean companies. Through this inter-university visit and industry dialogue, they sought to gain insight into Taiwan’s distinctive approaches to management education and the latest trends in corporate practice. The delegation was welcomed by Vice Dean Liang-Chih Liu of the NTUT College of Management, and the two sides engaged in a series of exchange activities in a warm and cordial atmosphere.

The visit began with mutual introductions and overviews of both colleges. Discussions focused on the development of management education, curriculum design, and talent cultivation philosophies—enhancing mutual understanding of each institution’s teaching and research strengths and laying a solid foundation for future collaboration.

In the subsequent industry exchange session, nine NTUT EMBA alumni engaged in in-depth interaction with the Ajou University delegation. The session opened with self-introductions, followed by deeper discussions and networking that fostered mutual inspiration and strengthened Taiwan–Korea industry connections.

Following the exchange, NTUT arranged a campus tour, guiding the delegation to key landmarks such as the University History Museum and the Red House. The Ajou University delegation was deeply impressed by NTUT’s rich academic heritage and historical legacy, and expressed appreciation for the university’s achievements in preserving tradition while advancing modern education.

International exchange is a vital driving force in cultivating management talent with a global perspective. Going forward, NTUT will continue to expand partnerships with outstanding business schools abroad. Through diverse initiatives—including reciprocal visits, lectures, corporate visits, and collaborative programs—NTUT aims to enhance international engagement among faculty, students, and industry communities, and to further deepen Taiwan–Korea cooperation in management education and industry collaboration.
