Location: Room 741, 7F Hong-Yue Technology Research Building

The main research areas of the Human Resource Management Laboratory include organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership and motivation. Research outcomes have been published in many first-level international journals, such as Journal of Management, and Journal of Applied Psychology. Most of the graduates of this laboratory now serve in the HR department and management level of enterprises.
